摘要
通过一锅冷凝回流法制备了聚乙烯亚胺包覆的碳量子点(PEI-CQDs),其在紫外光的照射下发出稳定且明亮的蓝色荧光。质子化PEI-CQDs的表面氨基后可通过静电吸附带负电荷的亚硝酸盐引起荧光猝灭,从而成功检测亚硝酸盐。实验结果表明:该荧光纳米传感器用于检测亚硝酸盐,在0~100μmol/L范围内检出限为96 nmol/L。该荧光纳米传感器可用于检测瓶装饮用水和自来水中的NO_(2)^(-)。
Polyethyleneimide coated carbon quantum dots(PEI-CQDs)were prepared by a simple one-pot condensation refluxing method.The as-prepared PEI-CQDs emitted stable and bright blue fluorescence under the illustration of ultraviolet light.The protonated amino group on the surface of PEI-CQDs could adsorb negatively charged nitrite via electrostatic interaction leading to the fluorescence quenching of PEI-CQDs,so as to successfully realize the detection of nitrite.The results showed that the detection limit of fornitrite using this fluorescence nanosensor was 96 nmol/L in the concentration range of 0-100μmol/L.The fluorescence nanosensor can be applied to detect NO_(2)^(-)in bottled drinking water and tap water.
