实时直接分析串联质谱法快速检测血和尿中10种合成卡西酮 被引量:4

Rapid determination of 10 synthetic cathinones in blood and urine by direct analysis in real time-tandem mass spectrometry

摘要 建立了实时直接分析串联质谱(DART-MS/MS)快速分析全血和尿液中10种合成卡西酮的方法。用标准品进行质谱条件优化,确定离子对、去簇电压、碰撞能量和离子源温度等条件,采用乙腈-甲醇(4∶1,V∶V)作为沉淀剂对全血和尿液进行前处理。结果表明,10种合成卡西酮浓度在0.01~5μg/mL之间线性关系良好,相关系数(R^(2))均大于0.99,检出限在0.05~5 ng/mL之间,定量限在0.2~10 ng/mL之间,回收率在84.4%~111.5%之间,基质效应在78.8%~112.1%之间,相对标准偏差均小于14%。 Direct analysis in real time tandem mass spectrometry(DART-MS/MS)method was developed for the rapid determination of 10 synthetic cathinones in whole blood and urine.The reference material was used for the optimization of mass spectrometry conditions,including ion pairs,declustering potential,collision energy and ion source temperature.Whole blood and urine were pretreated with acetonitrile-methanol(4∶1,V∶V)and extracted.The results showed that 10 synthetic cathinones had good linearities in the concentration ranges of0.01-5μg/mL,and the correlation coefficients(R^(2))were all greater than 0.99.The limits of detection were from0.05 to 5 ng/mL,and the limits of quantitation were from 0.2 to 10 ng/mL.Recoveries ranged from 84.4%to111.5%and matrix effects were from 78.8%to 112.1%.The relative standard deviations(RSDs)were less than14%.
