摘要
基于MnO_(2)纳米片层和四甲基联苯胺(TMB)显色反应,建立了检测多种抗氧化物质的比色法。在最佳条件下,吸光度与各抗氧化物质的浓度呈良好的线性关系。考察了该显色体系在纸芯片上检测的可行性,所构建的纸基比色体系可用于临床和现场检测抗氧化物质。
A colorimetric method for the detection of various antioxidants was developed based on the chromogenic reaction of manganese dioxide nanosheets with tetramethylbenzidine(TMB).Under the optimal conditions,the absorbance intensity exhibited favourable quantitative relationships with the concentrations of antioxidants.The feasibility of the chromogenic system exploited on paper chip detection was investigated.The paper-based colorimetric system showed potential prospect in clinical application and field detection of antioxidants.
