摘要
为监测全球成人学习与教育的实践效果,联合国教科文组织发布了四份《全球成人学习与教育报告》。四份《报告》呈现了全球成人学习与教育的发展趋势:政策制定由附属走向独立、目的和内容从功利性走向人本化、实践由单一人群的低度参与走向各类人群的高度参与、治理从政府集权走向跨领域合作。据此,可以为我国新时期成人学习与教育发展指明方向。
In order to monitor the practical effect of global adult learning and education,UNESCO issued four Global Adult Learning and Education Reports.The four Reports present the development trend of global adult learning and education,that is,policy making from subsidiary to independence;purpose and content from utilitarian to humanistic;practice from low participation of a single group to high participation of all kinds of people;governance from government centralization to cross-domain cooperation.Therefore,it can point out the direction for the development of adult learning and education in China in the new era.
