摘要
学习型乡村建设作为我国乡村振兴的关键,对破解我国“三农”问题具有重要的现实意义。学习型乡村建设的核心在于加强正规教育、非正规教育、非正式教育和网络教育建设,以构建学习型乡村教育体系。当前我国学习型乡村建设存在教师队伍短缺等问题,我国需要加强学习型乡村教师专业队伍建设,提升政府顶层设计能力,增强政策法规保障,深化教育机制改革。
As the key to China’s rural revitalization,learning country construction has important practical significance to solve the problems of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”.The core of learning country construction is to strengthen the construction of formal education,non-formal education,informal education and network education in order to build the system of learning country education.At present,there are some problems in the construction of learning country in China,such as the shortage of teachers and so on.It is necessary to strengthen the construction of teachers’professional team for learning country,improve the government’s top-level design ability,enhance the guarantee of policies and regulations,and deepen the reform of educational mechanism.
