吉林省新型职业农民培育现状及对策

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Cultivating New Professional Farmers in Jilin Province

吉林省作为粮食大省,为保障国家粮食安全,需大力培育新型职业农民。文章在阐述新型职业农民含义和特征的基础上,总结了吉林省新型职业农民在培训规模、基地建设和培训形式等方面取得的进展和存在的问题,并从摸清农民需求、强化职业认同,厘清政府职责、加大支持力度,健全培训队伍、优化培养方案,创新培养模式、充实培训课程等方面提出问题的解决对策。

Jilin province as a big grain province,in order to ensure the national food security,it was imperative to vigorously cultivate new professional farmers.On the basis of elaborating the meaning and characteristics of the new professional farmers,the paper summarizes the progress and existing problems of the training scale,base construction and training forms of the new professional farmers in Jilin province,and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems from the aspects of finding out the needs of farmers,strengthening professional identity,clarifying government responsibilities,increasing support,improving training team,optimizing training program,innovating training mode and enriching training courses and other aspects.
