摘要
吉林省作为教育大省,要将人才作为强省、兴省的基础。文章对吉林省应用研究型大学人才工作存在的问题及原因进行分析,并提出相应的改进策略。新时代吉林省应用研究型大学的人才工作,重点要从“引、育、留、用”四个方面入手,将人才引进来、培养好、留得住、用得好作为人才工作的重中之重。应用研究型大学在人才工作方面要提高政治站位,要对人才的全面发展提供政策措施和制度保障。
Jilin province,as a big province of education,should take talents as the foundation of vitalizing and prospering province.This paper analyzes the problems and causes of talent work in applied research universities in Jilin province,and puts forward corresponding strategies.In the new era,the talent work of applied research universities in Jilin province should focus on four aspects of“introduction,cultivation,retainment and utilization”,and take the introduction,cultivation,retainment and utilization of talents as the top priorities of talent work.It is necessary for applied research universities to improve political position and understanding of talent work,and have policy measures and institutional guarantee for the all-round development of talents.
