摘要
中国学生发展核心素养的提出是我国教育落实“立德树人”任务的必然要求,必将对基础教育课程改革产生重要的影响。社会情感学习,既是学生核心素养发展的重要内容,也是学生核心素养发展的有效途径,有助于夯实学生文化基础,促进学生自主发展,激励学生社会参与,对学生全面健康的发展具有不可忽视的作用。基于核心素养国际比较的视野可以发现,我国基础教育中的社会情感学习尚存在明显不足,应该引起高度重视。
The proposal of core-competencies and values for Chinese student development is an inevitable requirement for implementing the task of“fostering virtue and cultivating talents”in our country,which will have great impact on the curriculum reform in the elementary education.Social emotional learning is not only an important part of the development of students’key competencies,but also an effective way to develop students’key competencies.It helps to consolidate students’cultural foundation,promote students’independent development,motivate students’social participation,and plays an important role in the all-round and healthy development of students.Based on an international comparison of key competencies,it is found that there are still obvious deficiencies in social emotional learning in the elementary education in our country,which should be paid close attention to.
