俄罗斯空天防御体系建设新动态

New developments in the construction of Russia’s air and space defense system

随着美国和北约不断加强空天作战能力,俄罗斯军政领导层认识到来自空天的打击将成为俄罗斯未来面临的主要威胁。为应对这一威胁,俄罗斯将完善空天防御系统列为俄军优先发展事项之一,秉持非对称军事发展战略,不断推进武器装备现代化和迭代升级。本文依据国内外公开资料,分析和阐述俄罗斯在空天防御领域的建设动态。近年来,俄军致力于升级地基导弹预警系统,在多地部署“沃罗涅日”型雷达站,完善“穹顶”天基导弹预警系统;测试“努多利”导弹,加快A-235战略导弹防御系统的建设进程;为俄部队列装S-500防空反导系统,同时开始研发新的远程防空反导系统。预计这些措施将大幅提升俄罗斯的空天防御能力。

As the United States and NATO are continuously strengthening their air and space combat capabilities, Russian military and political leadership believe this will be the primary threat to Russia in future. To address this, the Russian government has set out to improve its air and space defense systems. Further, it is continually promoting the modernization and iterative upgrading of weapons and equipment following its asymmetric military development strategy. This paper uses the most recently available public data to analyze and expound on Russia’s construction developments in the air and space defense fields. The Russian military has been committed to upgrading ground-based missile warning systems in recent years. For example, “Voronezh” radar stations are deployed across multiple locations. Similarly, the “Kupol” space-based missile early warning system has been improved. The “Nudol” missile is also tested several times to speed up the development process of the A-235 missile defense system. Moreover, the S-500 air defense and anti-missile system is tested multiple times and extensively used in troops. Additionally, new long-range air defense missiles are developed to strengthen Russia’s missile defense system.
