摘要
针对目前联合作战气象海洋保障体系信息化水平难以满足需求的问题,本文提出基于“云”的理念构建智能高效的联合作战气象海洋保障体系,建立基于“云”的气象海洋保障体系服务模型和部署模型。模型具体描述了基于“云”的气象海洋保障体系服务模式和部署方案,打造了“云+端”服务模式,实现了军委-战区两级部署、作战集团以终端模式连接云端。构建了气象海洋私有云加公有云的混合式部署模型,使二者的部署完全物理隔离,实现了个性化、可靠的私有保障服务,以及全面、便捷的公共保障服务。希冀本文能够为提升未来联合作战气象海洋保障能力提供有益参考。
Aiming at the problem that the informatization levels of the current joint operation METOC(Meteorological and Oceanographic)support systems are difficult to meet the needs,this paper proposes a cloudbased scheme of constructing an intelligent and efficient joint operation METOC support system,and establishes a cloud-based service model and a cloud-based deployment model of the METOC support system.The model specifically describes the service model and deployment plan of a cloud-based METOC support system,in which a“cloud+end”service mode is created,and the Central Military Commission-theater two-level deployment,as well as the combat group connecting the cloud in the terminal mode is realized.Thus,a hybrid deployment model of the METOC private cloud and the METOC public cloud is built.The METOC private cloud and the METOC public cloud are completely physically isolated,implementing personalized and reliable private security services and comprehensive,and convenient public security services.This paper can be used as a useful reference for improving the METOC support capabilities for joint operations in the future.
