假单胞菌耐酸机制研究进展

摘要 假单胞菌是革兰氏阴性细菌,具有丰富的代谢多样性,能适应多种生物和非生物胁迫。假单胞菌在工农业生产、环境保护、生物医学领域具有广泛应用,包括风化土壤矿物,促进植物生长,抑制植物病原菌,修复土壤和水体污染物,开发药物等。总结了假单胞菌对酸的耐受机制,包括细胞壁和细胞膜的完整性,外排泵,碱性化合物的合成,能量代谢,DNA损伤修复,以及生物膜。假单胞菌对酸的耐受机制能进一步丰富根际植物促生菌与植物互作的机制,且对有益菌株的开发具有重要意义,能提高其生存能力和产品功效。 Pseudomonas species belong to gram-negative bacteria,and can adapt to a variety of biological and abiotic stresses due to their metabolic diversity.Pseudomonas has been widely used in industrial and agricultural production,environmental protection and biomedical fields.They have been applied to weather soil minerals,promote plant growth,inhibit plant pathogens,repair soil and water pollutants,and develop drugs.The mechanism of acid tolerance of Pseudomonas is summerized,including integrity of cell wall and membrane,efflux pump,synthesis of alkaline compounds,energy metabolism,DNA damage repair and biofilm.The acid tolerance mechanism of Pseudomonas could further enrich the interaction mechanism between plant and rhizosphere plant growth-promoting bacteria,and is of great significance for the development of beneficial strains,which could improve their survival and product efficacy.
