国土空间大数据关键技术及场景应用

Research and prospect on key technologies and application scene of territorial and spatial big data

国土空间大数据是国家管理下的领土、领海和领空等国土空间本体及其各类要素的数字化表达,是物质世界(包括自然界和人类社会)在数字世界映射的客观记录。随着自然资源信息化大发展,国土空间大数据在充分利用信息技术的基础上,逐步形成具有行业特点的新技术体系。本文围绕国土空间大数据的采集与存储、表达与可视化建模、分析与挖掘、智慧国土与智能决策场景应用等技术,对国土空间大数据关键技术进行了研究和展望,为实现国土空间高质量发展、解决深层次资源环境问题提供借鉴或参考。

Territorial and spatial big data refer to the digital expression of territorial and spatial ontology and various elements under the management of the state, such as territory, territorial waters and territorial airspace, and they are the objective records of the mapping from the physical world to the digital world. With the great development of natural resources informatization, territorial and spatial big data has gradually formed a new technical system with industrial characteristics on the basis of making full use of information technology. Focusing on the acquisition and storage technology,expression and visual modeling technology, analysis and mining technology, smart land and intelligent decision-making scene application technology of territorial and spatial big data, this paper studies and prospects the key technologies of territorial and spatial big data in China, expecting to provide information technology support for realizing the high-quality development of territorial space and solving deep-rooted resource and environmental problems.
