摘要 城市问题的复杂性,需要通过新技术的应用与创新,将规划分析和规划业务管理的经验逻辑转变为数理逻辑,形成及时预判、发现城市问题的空间感知与应用能力。本文以武汉市为例,从数据连接、规则连接和规律连接3个角度,通过研究城市多源数据融合关联方法、规划管理规则数字化方法和城市规律挖掘方法,探索了新时期自然资源与规划智慧化建设的技术实现路径和关键技术方法,以推动城市治理从信息化向智慧化转型,提升自然资源和规划管理业务的自动化和科学化水平。 Complex urban problems require the application and innovation of new technologies to transform the empirical logic of planning analysis and planning business management into mathematical logic, so as to form the spatial perception and application capability of timely prediction and discovery of urban problems. Taking Wuhan city as an example, this paper explores the technical realization path and key technical methods for the intelligent construction of natural resources and planning in the new era, from three perspectives of data connection, regulation connection and rule connection, and by studying the urban multi-source data fusion and association method, the digital method of planning management rules and the urban rule mining method, to promote the transformation of urban governance from informatization to intelligence, and improve the automation and scientific level of natural resources and planning management business.
