桃花膏贴敷联合体外冲击波治疗肩关节周围炎的疗效观察

Observation on the Efficacy of Taohua Plaster Combined with Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy on Periarthritis of Shoulder

目的:观察桃花膏贴敷疗法联合体外冲击波(ESWT)治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法:选取自2021年6月至2021年12月治疗的符合纳入标准的肩关节周围炎患者60例,并随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组常规使用体外冲击波疗法,观察组在对照组的基础上联合桃花膏贴敷进行治疗。治疗前、治疗后分别采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及Constant-Murley肩关节功能量表(CMS)评分对两组患者进行评估,并统计并发症和不良反应事件。结果:治疗前两组患者性别、年龄、病程等差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。组内比较:治疗后VAS评分及CMS评分均优于治疗前,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间比较:治疗前两组VAS评分及CMS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗后观察组VAS评分及CMS评分均优于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桃花膏贴敷联合体外冲击波治疗肩关节周围炎效果显著,能够缓解疼痛,促进患肩关节功能恢复,可在临床推广使用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of taohua ointment in combination with extracorporeal shock wave therapy(ESWT) on the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder. Methods:A total of 60 patients with shoulder periarthritis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, who were treated from June to December in the 2021. Each group had 30 cases. The control group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave therapy, and the observation group was treated with Taohua plaster. Visual analogue scale(VAS) and Constant-Murley shoulder(CMS) score were used before and after treatment to evaluate the complications and adverse event. Results:There was no significant difference in the general data including sex, age and duration of disease between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). The scores of VAS and CMS in the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05). No significantly differernce in VAS and CMS scores was found before the treatment between two groups(P>0.05). VAS and CMS scores in observation group were better than these in control group after tretment(P<0.05). Conclusion:Taohua plaster combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy is effective on the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder, which can effectively relieve pain and promote the recovery of shoulder function, which is worthy of further clinical use.
