日韩学界关于人类命运共同体理念的解读评析

On the Interpretations of the Concept of a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind in Japanese and South Korean Academic Circles

自人类命运共同体理念在中国提出以来,在国际社会逐渐深入人心,也受到日韩学界的广泛关注。就研究路径而言,日韩学者主要从“褒扬论”“可行论”“关系论”“输出论”“威胁论”“辞令论”等路径解读人类命运共同体理念。在这一解读过程中,日韩学者对人类命运共同体理念的诠释和态度与中国之本意存有一定的认知误差甚至污名之论调,但也不乏客观、温和、中肯之认知和评价。面对日韩学者对“人类命运共同体”的认知趋向特别是污化态势及其舆论、政策和国际影响,中国既要通过寻求最大公约数、扩大知华友华的国际舆论朋友圈、提升重大问题对外发声能力等国际传播类举措回应日韩学界的多元解读,也要继续促进世界和平与发展,推动构建人类命运共同体,以实际行动和大国担当推动中国理念在国际社会更加深入人心,更要保持战略定力,办好自己的事,从而打破国外反华势力试图动摇中国工作重心的图谋,同时增强国家合理抵御外部反华势力对华联合打压遏制的能力。

Since it was first put forward by China, the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind has gained popularity in the international community and attracted wide attention from the academia in Japan and South Korea. In terms of research approach, Japanese and South Korean scholars mainly interpret the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind through such paths as “praise theory”, “relationship theory”, “feasible theory”, “export theory”, “threat theory”, and “rhetoric theory”. In this process, the interpretation and attitude of Japanese and South Korean scholars on the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind have certain cognitive errors and even stigmatization with China’s original intention, but there is still some objective, moderate and pertinent cognition and assessment. In the face of the misperception of the “community with a shared future for mankind” among scholars in Japan and South Korea, especially their stigmatization and its influence on public opinion, China should, on the basis of maintaining strategic focus and running its own affairs well, seek the greatest common divisor with Japan and South Korea and promote the alignment of their perceptions. China should also make more friends, unite and win over the majority, and constantly expand the circle of friends who know China well in international public opinion. More importantly, China should pay attention to the strategies and art of public opinion struggle, improve its ability to speak out on major issues, and respond to stigmatizing remarks in a rational, frank and restraint manner.
