Most antineoplastic drugs have strong cytotoxicity,which have different degrees of occupational hazards to exposed persons while inhibiting or killing tumor cells.This paper described in detail the risk assessment process of occupational exposure to antineoplastic drugs,and put forward constructive suggestions on its safety management.It is expected to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the establishment of occupational protection guidelines and standards for antineoplastic drugs in the future.
