癌症患儿疾病获益感量表的汉化及信度效度检验

Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Benefit Finding Scale for Children in children with cancer

目的:对癌症患儿疾病获益感量表(the Benefit Finding Scale for Children,BFSC)进行汉化,并检验其信度和效度。方法:按照Brislin模型汉化量表,经过文化调试及预调查,确定中文版BFSC的条目。采用方便抽样法,于2021年10月至2022年2月应用中文版BFSC对北京、河北共计161例8~18岁的癌症患儿进行测试,检验中文版BFSC的信度和效度。结果:中文版BFSC共10个条目,探索性因子分析提取出1个公因子,累积方差贡献率为55.804%;中文版BFSC条目水平的内容效度指数为0.86~1.00,量表水平的内容效度指数为0.942,总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.909,折半信度为0.879。结论:中文版BFSC具有良好的信度和效度,可用于评价我国癌症患儿的疾病获益感情况。

Objective:To translate the Benefit Finding Scale for Children(BFSC)and test its psychometric properties among Chinese children with cancer.Methods:According to the Brislin model to translate and back-translate the original English version,the Chinese version of the scale was determined after cultural adjustment and pretesting on the scale.A convenience sample of 161 children aged 8-18 years old with various cancers was recruited in Beijing and Hebei province to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale from October 2021 to February 2022.Results:There were 10 items in the Chinese version of BFSC.Factor analysis identified one factor,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 55.804%.The item-level content validity index of the Chinese version of BFSC was 0.86-1.00,the scale-level content validity index was 0.942,the Cronbach’s alpha for the overall scale was 0.909,and the split-half reliability was 0.879.Conclusion:The Chinese version of BFSC appears to be a reliable and valid instrument to evaluate benefit finding among children with cancer in the context of Chinese culture.
