乳腺癌患者化疗所致周围神经病变分级防治方案的应用

Application of a graded prevention program for breast cancer patients with Chemotherapy-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy

目的:评价分级防治方案在乳腺癌患者化疗所致周围神经病变(Chemotherapy-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy,CIPN)中的应用效果。方法:便利选取2020年7月至2021年7月在武汉某三级甲等医院乳腺外科行化疗的乳腺癌患者145例为研究对象,按入院时间分为实验组(n=72)和对照组(n=73),实验组给予CIPN分级防治方案,对照组给予CIPN常规防治措施,比较两组患者CIPN发生率、发生等级及CIPN相关症状的严重程度。结果:实验组化疗期间及化疗结束后1个月CIPN发生率及发生等级均低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组CIPN相关症状的严重程度也低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌患者CIPN分级防治方案能有效降低CIPN发生率及发生等级,并可有效改善患者CIPN相关症状,有助于提高乳腺癌化疗患者的生活质量。

Objective:To examine the effects of a graded prevention program for breast cancer patients with Chemotherapy-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy(CIPN).Methods:A total of 145 breast cancer patients who received chemotherapy in the breast surgery department of a tertiary hospital in Wuhan from July 2020 to July 2021 were recruited and assigned to the experimental group(n=72)and the control group(n=73)according to their admission dates.Patients in the experimental group was given a graded prevention program,while patients in the control group received routine prevention measures.The incidence of CIPN,grade of CIPN,and the symptom severity of CIPN were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence,grade and severity of CIPN-related symptoms of patients in the experimental were lower than those of patients in the control group during chemotherapy and one month after the chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion:The graded prevention program for breast cancer patients with CIPN can reduce the incidence and grade of CIPN,and can effectively improve the CIPN-related symptoms in breast cancer patients who received chemotherapy,and then help to improve their life quality.
