摘要
海马与认知功能相关,脑部放疗患者海马受辐射剂量越大,其认知下降程度越明显,因此保护海马显得尤为重要。目前学术界对保护海马的最优方案及海马保护后认知功能评估标准仍未统一。全文从脑部放疗时海马保护方法及保护后的测量方法进行归纳总结,以便在脑部肿瘤放射治疗过程中更好地保护海马,减少患者认知功能下降程度,同时提高其生存质量。
The hippocampus is related to cognitive function. During brain radiotherapy the degree of cognitive function damage of patients is correlated with the radiation dose to the hippocampus,so it is important to protect the hippocampus in brain radiotherapy. At present, there is still no consensus on the optimal plan for protecting the hippocampus and the evaluation criteria for cognitive function after hippocampal protection. This review summarizes the methods of hippocampal protection during brain radiotherapy and the measurement methods after protection, so as to better protect the hippocampus during brain tumor radiotherapy, reduce the degree of cognitive decline and improve the quality of life of patients.
