As the society and enterprises’demand for talents changes in the new era, some traditional colleges and universities are transforming into application-oriented colleges and universities, which need to break the traditional training programs and teaching modes. In particular, enterprises need to help colleges guide students in the short term to cultivate talents needed by the society. This article explores the introduction of"mini-team+stepwise+modular"precise layered teach--ing mode, based on the revised training plan, delamination, curriculum and extracurricular practicethree aspects to consolidate students’practical ability, improve the innovation ability, train the ability of communication, make every student can according to the capacity values and expectations to achieve corresponding teaching goal, the final output multi-level talents for the society from colleges and universities.
