摘要 文中提出了一种基于全数字锁相环的宽带射频信号测频方法,主要应用于电子对抗场景中,在宽带范围内对射频信号进行快速测频。本研究采用软件编程语言模拟硬件电路的全部参数与性能,相较于实物测试更加便捷,可重构性更高。本方法能够对分布在30 MHz~6 GHz的大功率窄带信号进行精确测频,平均测量时间在200 ns左右,测量精度维持在90%以上,并且具有一定的抗干扰能力,在接收信号信噪比恶化的条件下也可以达到较好的测量时间和测量精度。该测频方法具有新颖性和通用性,适用于无线通信、雷达、电子对抗领域对宽带范围内射频信号的快速测频,弥补了现有测频技术测量范围小、测量精度低、器件要求高等问题。同时,利用软件编程语言模拟硬件电路参数与性能的研究方法,也为未来的电路设计提供了一条新的思路。 A wideband radio frequency signal frequency measurement method using all-digital phase locked loop is proposed, which is mainly used in electronic countermeasures scenarios to perform rapid frequency measurement of radio frequency signals in a wideband range. Software programming language is used to simulate all the parameters and performance of the hardware circuit, which is more convenient and reconfigurable than physical testing. This method can perform accurate frequency measurement on high-power narrowband signals distributed in 30 MHz~6 GHz, the average measurement time is about 200 ns, the measurement accuracy is maintained above 90%. It has a certain anti-interference ability, and can achieve good measurement time and measurement accuracy even under the condition of deteriorating signal-to-noise ratio of the received signal. This frequency measurement method is novel and versatile, which is suitable for the rapid measurement of radio frequency signals in the wideband range in the field of wireless communication, radar and electronic countermeasures. With this method, the problems of small measurement range, low measurement accuracy, and high device requirements of the existing frequency measurement technology are all made up. At the same time, the method of using software programming language to simulate hardware circuit parameters and performance also provides a new idea for future circuit design.
