摘要
随着军用电子技术的飞速发展,宽带数字化相控阵雷达已成为雷达发展的必然趋势,其要求数字TR组件灵活产生各种波形。文中介绍了实现任意波形产生的宽带数字TR组件架构,通过波束合成理论分析得出需解决的关键技术;同时,基于高速并行数据接口数模转换器设计了一款可实现任意波形产生的宽带数字TR组件,测试结果满足需求,对于宽带相控阵雷达的系统构架具有指导意义。
With the rapid development of military electronic technology, wideband digital phased-array radar has become an inevitable development trend of radar, which requires the digital TR module to generate arbitrary waveforms. In this paper, a structure of wideband digital TR module with arbitrary waveform generation is presented. Through the beam forming theory, the key technologies to be solved can be obtained. Based on high-speed parallel interface digital to analog converter, a TR module which can generate arbitrary waveforms is designed, the test result of which meets the system requirements. Related study shows guiding significance for the system architecture of wideband phased array radar.
