The Current Situation, Challenges and Countermeasures of Cultural Digitalization in China

在数字技术的驱动下,中国积极推进文化数字化保护、利用和传播,文化数字化正在向高质量、高效率、高智能方向发展。但当前,在推动中国文化数字化发展进程中,还面临着文化数字化资源碎片化、文化数字化技术制约、文化数字化人才缺乏、文化数字化共享与产权保护冲突、数字化就业和产业转型等问题与挑战。因此,需着力推进文化数字化资源整合、加快文化数字化技术革新与转化、重视文化数字化人才培养、保护文化数字化产权、统筹协调解决文化数字化衍生的社会问题。

Driven by digital technology, China is actively promoting digital preservation, utilization and dissemination of culture,and cultural digitalization is developing in the direction of high quality, high efficiency and high level of intelligence. However, in the process of promoting the development of cultural digitization in China, there are still problems and challenges such as serious fragmentation of cultural digitization resources, cultural digitization technology constraints, lack of cultural digitization talents,conflicts between cultural digitization sharing and property rights protection, digital employment and industrial transformation.Therefore, it is necessary to promote the integration of cultural digitization resources, accelerate the innovation and transformation of cultural digitization technology, attach importance to the cultivation of cultural digitization professionals, protect the property rights of cultural digitization, and address the social problems derived from cultural digitization in a coordinated manner.
