面向中华优秀传统文化“两创”的文化数字化共生产业体系研究

Research on the Cultural Digital Symbiotic Industry System Oriented Towards the Creative Transformation and Innovative Development of Excellent Traditional Chinese Culture

《关于推进实施国家文化数字化战略的意见》的出台,标志着文化数字化发展正式上升为国家战略。文化数字化发展需要明确文化资源数字化的先后顺序、数字化产业的发展向度与限度等问题,中华优秀传统文化“两创”为其提供资源储备、评价标准与共享平台等契机,二者存在共生空间。基于共生模型的文化数字化共生产业体系构建需要协同包括内容生产、产品(服务)评价、平台运营、业态创新四个维度的内部共生链接与外延共生端口,以产业兴旺为目标,带动文化数字化资源转化、文化数字化生态构建协同发展。

The promulgation of Opinions on Promoting the Implementation of National Cultural Digitization Strategy indicates that the development of cultural digitalization has been officially levelled up to a national strategy. The digital development of culture needs to identify the sequence of digitalization of cultural resources, the development direction and limit of digital industry,etc. Creative transformation and innovative development of excellent traditional Chinese culture provide opportunities for resource reserve, evaluation standard and sharing platform, and there is symbiotic space between them. The construction of cultural digital symbiotic industrial system based on the symbiotic model needs to be promoted with the synergy of the internal symbiotic links and external symbiotic ports of four dimensions, including content production, product(service) evaluation, platform operation and format innovation, so as to promote the coordinated development of cultural digital resources transformation and cultural digital ecological construction with industrial prosperity as goal.
