大学科技城创新环境与协同创新能力耦合协调度评价 被引量:2

Evaluation and Analysis on the Coupling Coordination Degree of Innovation Environment and Collaborative Innovation Ability of the University of Science and Technology City

摘要 创新环境是大学科技城聚集创新资源的基本条件,良好的创新环境能吸引更优质的创新资源,从而提升大学科技城的协同创新能力。基于大学科技城的创新环境与协同创新能力的内在关系,构建创新环境与协同创新能力测度指标,综合运用熵值法、BWM法和耦合协调度模型,分析2011-2018年岳麓山国家大学科技城创新环境与协同创新能力的耦合协调关系,分析结果表明:岳麓山国家大学科技城2011至2018年创新环境与协同创新能力处于中度耦合阶段,耦合系统处于发展阶段初期,耦合系统的耦合协调度一直处于稳步上升态势,已逐步从耦合失调转变为良好协调,正向高度协调阶段发展。 Innovation environment is the basic condition for University of Science and Technology City to gather innovation resources. Good innovation environment can attract better innovation resources and improve the collaborative innovation ability. Based on the internal relationship between the innovation environment and collaborative innovation ability of the University of Science and Technology City, a measurement index of the innovation environment and collaborative innovation ability is constructed. By comprehensively applying the BWM method and the coupling coordination model, this paper analyzes the coupling coordination relationship and evolution law between the innovation environment and the collaborative innovation capacity of Yuelu Mountain National University of Science and Technology City from 2011 to 2018. Analysis results show that the innovation environment and collaborative innovation capability of Yuelu Mountain National University of Science and Technology City from 2011 to 2018 were in the medium coupling stage. The coupling system is in the early stage of development, and the coupling coordination degree of the coupling system has been rising steadily. It has gradually changed from coupling maladjustment to good coordination and is developing into a highly coordinated stage.
