《高效能大气污染物控制装备评价技术要求湿式电除尘器》国家标准研制

摘要 随着经济社会的快速发展,保护环境、降低能耗,成为政府社会管理的重要任务。“节能减排”是我国的一项基本国策,是促进经济、社会与环境协调发展和实施可持续发展战略之一。本文针对烟气治理精处理设备湿式电除尘器,阐述了开展其高效能评价技术要求国家标准研制的意义和必要性,明确了研制总体原则,并提出定性和定量评价技术要求。未来通过该项国家标准的实施,将有效支持相关环保政策的落实,完善湿式电除尘器现有技术标准体系,促进高效能湿式电除尘器的推广应用,以高标准引领环保装备的高质量发展。 With the rapid development of economy and society, protecting environment and reducing energy consumption have become the important tasks of government’s social management. Energy conservation and emission reduction is a national policy of China, which is also one of the strategies to promote the coordinated development of economy, society and environment and to realize sustainable development. In this paper, the significance and necessity of developing the national standard for high efficiency assessment technology requirements of wet electrostatic precipitators for flue gas treatment and finishing equipment are expounded, and the general principles of development are defined, the technical requirements of qualitative and quantitative assessment are put forward. In the future, the implementation of this national standard will effectively support the implementation of relevant environmental protection policies, improve the existing technical standards system of wet ESP, and promote the popularization and application of high-efficiency wet ESP, leading the high-quality development of environmental protection equipment with high standards.
