控制球阀质量评价与常用标准的性能测试差异分析与应用研究

摘要 为了提升控制球阀的可靠性、安全性等关键技术指标以及科学的评定产品质量等级,更好地满足石油石化等工况的精准选型与使用要求。分析研究了控制球阀质量评价办法与国内外常用球阀标准现状、产品判定原则、产品性能测试项目差异及影响,阐述了现有球阀标准性能测试的不足与标准判定原则的局限性以及评价办法中的产品质量量化分等原理,列举了控制球阀质量评价办法中创新设计的性能测试项目与方法,为石油石化用户采购选优评级提供科学依据,为控制球阀新标准的制定与球阀标准的修订提供技术指引和支撑。 In order to improve the reliability,safety and other key technical parameters of control ball valve and scientific evaluation of product quality grade,to better meet the precise selection and use requirements of petroleum and petrochemical conditions,the paper studies the difference and influence between the control ball valve quality evaluation methods and the common ball valve standards at home and abroad,the product judgment principle,the product performance test items,and expounds the deficiencies of the performance test in existing ball valve standards,the limitation of the standard determination principle,and the product quality quantitative grading principle in the evaluation method.This paper lists the performance test items and methods of innovative design in the quality evaluation method of control ball valve,which provides scientific basis for petroleum and petrochemical users’procurement and optimal rating,and technical guidance for the development of new control ball valve standards and the revision of existing ball valve standards.
