生猪“保险+期货”发展现状、新探索及面临的挑战

Development Status New Exploration and Challenges of “Insurance+Futures” for Live Pigs

2016年以来,中央一号文件连续6年提出逐步扩大、优化“保险+期货”试点,在政策的推动下,越来越多的新产品被开发出来。2021年1月生猪期货首次在大商所上市,生猪“保险+期货”试点项目正式开始运行。本文从生猪发展历程方面去介绍生猪“保险+期货”出台的历史背景和社会意义,从试点的情况分析出生猪“保险+期货”正处于初步探索阶段,目前存在着保险公司、期货公司、政府的行为不规范、保险公司与期货公司联动性差、生猪期货市场还不成熟、养殖户对期货交易认识不足导致项目难以推广的问题。

Since 2016,the central No.1 document has proposed to gradually expand and optimize the“Insurance+Futures”pilot for six consecutive years.Under the call of the policy, more and more new products have been developed.In January 2021,live pig futures were listed in DCCI for the first time, and the pilot project of“Insurance+Futures”for live pigs officially began operation.This paper introduces the historical background and social significance of the introduction of“Insurance+Futures”for live pigs from the perspective of the development of live pigs, and analyzes from the pilot situation that“Insurance+Futures”for live pigs is in the preliminary exploration stage.At present, there are some problems, such as the non-standard behavior of insurance companies, futures companies and the government, the poor interaction between insurance companies and futures companies, the immature pig futures market, and the lack of farmers’ understanding of futures trading, which make it difficult to promote the project.
