秦淮河地区生态河道建设的探索与思考

Exploration and Thought on Ecological River Course Construction in Qinhuai River Area

开展河道生态保护与治理修复,充分发挥河道综合功能,是推进生态河湖,维护河湖良好生态环境的重要体现。本文针对秦淮河地区河道功能特点,结合国内外河道生态治理经验,在调查分析秦淮河地区河道治理现状存在问题的基础上,对秦淮河地区生态河道建设实践进行了探讨与思考,可供构建和谐水生态环境借鉴和参考。

To carry out ecological protection and restoration of river courses and give full play to their comprehensive functions is an important embodiment of promoting ecological rivers and lakes and maintaininggood ecological environment of rivers and lakes.Aiming at the function characteristics of river courses in Qinhuai River area,combined with the experience of ecological governance of river courses at home and abroad,based on the investigation and analysis of the existing problems of river courses governance in Qinhuai River area,this paper discusses the practice and thought on ecological river course construction in Qinhuai River area,which provides reference for constructing harmonious water ecological environment.
