基于棋谱设计与运用的编队多域多PREA环防空反导模型

Formation Multi-domain and Multi-Prea Ring Air Defense and Anti-missile Model Based on Chess Spectrum Design and Application

针对海上合成编队防空反导时高超音速武器的突防性、导弹攻防转换多维性、分域战术行动并发性、编队资源要素冲突性的特点,剖析经典理论——OODA环对现代防空反导作战指导存在问题与局限,以多域多PREA环及冲突协调理论指导,提出防空反导棋谱设计与运用概念,建立海上合成编队基于棋谱设计的多域多PREA环防空反导拦截网指挥控制模型,包括防空反导谋势与体系设计、防空反导布势与体系构建、防空反导控势与体系演化、防空反导度势与体系评估转换,从筹划到评估,将编队内部多个作战域有机整合,为形成海上合成编队多域多PREA环防空反导战术运用奠定了理论基础。

In view of the characteristics of hypersonic weapons penetration, multi-dimension of missile attack and defense conversion, concurrency of tactical actions in different domains, and conflict of resource elements of formation in air defense and missile defense of sea composite formation, the problems and limitations of the classical theory-OODA loop for modern air defense and missile combat guidance are analyzed, guided by multi-domain and multi-prea loop and conflict coordination theory. The concept of design and application of air defense and missile chess chart are put forward,and the command and control model of multi-domain and multi-prea loop air defense and missile interceptor network are established based on the chess chart design of maritime synthetic formation, including air defense and missile planning and system design, air defense and missile layout and system construction,air defense and missile control potential and system evolution, air defense and missile degree potential and system evaluation transformation, from planning to evaluation. The organic integration of multiple combat domains within the formation lays a theoretical foundation for the application of multi-domain and multi-prea loop air defense and anti-missile tactics in the formation.
