Operational Effectiveness Evaluation of Submarine-launched Land Attacking Cruise Missile Based on OODA Loop

基于OODA作战环理论建立了外军某型对陆攻击巡航导弹的作战效能评估指标,综合运用AHP、熵权法对评估指标进行赋权,并通过模糊综合评价法,按照隶属度数值得出最终结果。通过建立一种科学有效的评估模型,对分析研究装备武器使用提供参考借鉴。

Abstrat The performance evaluation index system of an foreign submarine-launched land attacking cruise missile is established based on OODA loop.AHP and entropy weight method are used to empower the evaluation index and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE)is applied to come out final result according to membership value.With this effective evaluation model,researches of weaponry application will have more references.
