基于DEMATEL-AHP的某系统作战效能评估指标权值问题研究

武器装备的作战效能是衡量装备优劣的重要依据,是指挥员决策的基础数据。论文针对某武器系统的作战效能评估权值计算问题展开研究,提出基于DEMATEL-AHP的权值计算方法,在该方法中,利用AHP方法计算指标的初始权值,然后引入平行指标的影响因素,运用DEMATEL方法对一级指标的初始权值进行修正,最终计算出各指标修正后的层次总排序权值。通过对比分析修正前后的指标权值,可以看出运用DEMATEL-AHP方法计算的指标权值更符合作战实际,能更好地为指挥员决策服务。

The operational efficiency of the weapons and equipment is an important basis to measure the quality of the equipment and the basic data of the commander’s decision-making. This paper studies the weight calculation of combat efficiency evaluation of a weapon system,and proposes the weight-calculation method based on DEMATEL-AHP. In this method,the AHP method is calculated,then the influencing factors of parallel indicators are introduced,and the initial weights of the first level index are corrected using the DEMATEL method,and finally calculates the corrected total ranking weights of each index. By comparing and analyzing the index weights before and after the correction,it can be seen that the index weights calculated by using the DEMATEL-AHP method are more in line with the combat reality,and can better serve the decision-making of the commander.
