“PDCA”理论在畜牧学课程教学模式中的探索与实践——评《畜牧学概论》

摘要 高质量本科教学是高校提高人才培养质量的重要举措。笔者利用“PDCA”教学理论设计《畜牧学概论》课程,可显著提高学生创新能力和自主学习能力,同时可有效提高学生期末学习成绩。笔者基于“PDCA”教学理论模式进行了总结,且分析了该模式下的教学方案和实施效果,以期为高校教师提高课程教学效果提供参考。 High quality undergraduate teaching is an important measure for improving the quality of talent cultivation in university. The authors designed the course “Introduction to Animal Husbandry” by means of “PDCA” teaching theory. The results showed that “PDCA”teaching theory could significantly improve the students’ innovation ability and independent learning ability, and could effectively improve students’ final academic performance. This paper summarizes the teaching theory model of“PDCA”, and analyzes the teaching plan and implementation effect under this model, in order to provide some references for teachers to improve the teaching effect in university.
