慢性阻塞性肺疾病自我管理手机应用程序的评价研究

Evaluation of self-management mobile applications for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

部分相应调整。方法:通过标准方法搜索并下载在IOS和安卓平台上的慢性阻塞性肺疾病自我管理应用程序,并由两名评审员通过量表独立进行评审,量表包括四个半定量评分条目和一个主观评价条目,以及由患者进行评分的条目。结果:IOS和安卓平台上各有三个应用被纳入。IOS平台上的应用程序在每个条目中的平均得分是“用户参与度”3.2,“功能性”3.6、“美观度”3.3和“信息质量”2.7。安卓平台上的应用程序在每个条目中的平均得分是“用户参与度”3.2,“功能性”3.5、“美观度”2.9和“信息质量”2.8。两个平台上的应用程序的整体质量都被认为是“可接受的”。主要的不足包括缺乏支持应用程序中内容的有效性的证据和提供给用户的信息。结论:慢性病自我管理正向着数字化和移动化的趋势变化。然而,为了满足对可靠和有效的自我健康管理工具的需求,手机应用程序的质量需改进。

Objective:Self-management is an important strategy for health management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Although the number of health-related mobile applications are growing rapidly,there are few methods to evaluate the content and quality of these applications.The purpose of this study is to evaluate the self-management mobile application of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease on China's mobile application platform by using a standard mobile application score scale.Methods:The self-management application of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease on IOS and Android platform was searched and downloaded through standard methods,and independently evaluated by two reviewers through the scale.The scale includes four semi-quantitative scoring items,one subjective evaluation item and items scored by patients.Results:Three applications on IOS and Android platforms were included.The average score of applications on IOS platform in each item is"user participation"3.2,"functionality"3.6,"Aesthetics"3.3 and"information quality"2.7.The average score of applications on Android platform in each item is"user participation"3.2,"functionality"3.5,"Aesthetics"2.9 and"information quality"2.8.The overall quality of applications on both platforms is considered"acceptable".The main shortcomings include the lack of evidence to support the effectiveness of the content in the application and the information provided to users.Conclusions:The self-management of chronic diseases is changing towards digitization and mobility.However,in order to meet the demand for reliable and effective self-health management tools,the quality of mobile applications needs to be improved.
