摘要
应急救援平台拖车作为残损航空器搬移的重要设备,设备现场调试用时直接影响机场恢复正常运行时间。首都机场消防救援管理中心本着现场、现实、现物的原则,综合考虑设备训练用时记录、厂家操作手册、国内外类似设备调试时间等数据开展调研,确定拖车间相对位置数据测量及数据计算环节是导致同步行进坐标设定环节耗时较长的要因。通过采取简化测量方法、优化系统输入的对策,将救援平台拖车同步行进坐标设定环节用时由原来平均32分钟压缩到平均12分钟,提高了救援设备调试效率。
The emergency rescue platform trailer is an important equipment for the removal of damaged aircraft. The time for on-site commissioning of the equipment will directly affect the time for the airport to resume normal operation. Based on the principles of onsite, reality and on-the-spot, the fire rescue management center of capital airport comprehensively considers the data such as equipment training time record, manufacturer’s operation manual and commissioning time of similar equipment at home and abroad, and determines that the relative position data measurement and data calculation link between trailers is the main reason for the long timeconsuming link of synchronous travel coordinate setting. By adopting the countermeasures of simplifying the measurement method and optimizing the system input, the time of setting the coordinates of the synchronous travel of the rescue platform trailer is reduced from the original average 32 minutes to the average 12 minutes, which improves the debugging efficiency of the rescue equipment.
