摘要
科技部一直高度重视高新技术企业入库培育,有关学者一直致力于研究全要素生产率,找到助力经济效益最大化的关键要素。在此背景下,文章选取先进制造业的案例企业,以资金投入、劳动力投入以及资源平台投入作为投入变量,以经济效益作为产出变量,运用简单的代数指数法(通过产出数量指数与所有投入要素加权指数的比率)进行全要素生产率的测算与分解。分析投入产出效率的影响因素,试图在投入与产出不匹配的问题上获得突破。
The Ministry of Science and Technology has always attached great importance to the warehousing and cultivation of hightech enterprises, and relevant scholars have been committed to the study of total factor productivity to find the key factors to maximize economic benefits. In this context, the article selects case enterprises of advanced manufacturing industry, focusing on capital input,labor input and resource platform input as input variables, and economic benefits as output variables, using a simple algebraic index method(through the output quantity index and all inputs factor-weighted index ratio) to measure and decompose total factor productivity. Analyze the influencing factors of input-output efficiency and try to make breakthroughs in the mismatch between input and output.
