This paper builds a capacity building platform for infrastructure teams, making full use of traditional and emerging digital technologies on the basis of analyzing the needs of infrastructure team building. Digital technology brings innovation in the management mode and cultivation mode of the infrastructure team, and at the same time, the application of the infrastructure team to the data technology will work with the digital technology to promote the high-quality construction of the power grid infrastructure team.
