摘要
纳米管是细菌间形成的一种细胞膜样的管状结构,可介导细菌间的分子交换。研究表明,自然界中大部分微生物具备形成纳米管的潜力,纳米管作为一种促进细菌间物质传递的新机制,受到国内外的高度关注。但是目前对纳米管形成的分子机制、组成成分及物质传递机制尚不完全清楚。本文通过对纳米管的结构、形成的分子机制及细菌间纳米管介导的物质传递等相关研究进行简要综述,旨在为抗病原菌感染提供新的策略。
Nanotubes,membrane-derived apparatus,connect adjacent cells and serve as a bridge for intercellular molecular trade.Researches show that nanotube biogenesis is likely to occur in a large array of microbial species.As a mechanism for molecular trafficking,nanotubes have drawn widespread attention both in domestic and abroad.However,the components,formation and molecular trafficking mechanism of bacterial nanotubes are not completely clear yet.In this brief review,bacterial nanotubes are summarized from its structure,molecular mechanism of formation and function,in order to provide a new strategy for fighting against pathogens.
