“三全育人”理念下地方高校图书馆“双创”服务创新

Service Innovation for“Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education”in Local University Libraries under the Concept of“Three-Entire Education”

“三全育人”是新时代党中央为提高人才培养质量而提出的重大策略。高等学校的创新创业教育是我国实施创新驱动发展战略的迫切需要。该研究分析了“三全育人”和“双创”国家战略,提出推动高校图书馆“三全育人”与“双创教育”耦合的策略,创新图书馆服务及服务育人(双创服务)功能,旨在促进学生全面发展、提高高校人才产出质量、推动毕业生创业就业,从而推进大众创业、万众创新,使之成为国家发展的动力之源。

“Three-Entire Education”is a major strategy of the CPC Central Committee to improve the quality of talent training in the new era.“The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education”in colleges and universities is an urgent need for China to implement the innovation-driven development strategy.Through the analysis of the two national strategies above,the author proposes the coupling strategy of“Three-Entire Education”and“The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education”in university libraries,as well as the innovation of the service and education function of libraries.The purpose is to promote the all-round development of students,improve the quality of college talents,promote the entrepreneurship and employment of graduates,so as to promote mass entrepreneurship and innovation and make it the source of power for national development.
