基于“双高计划”的老年健康服务专业群建设实践探究——以岳阳职业技术学院为例

The Practical Exploration of Elderly Health Service Profession Group Construction Based on "Double-High Plan"——Taking Yueyang Vocational Technical College as an Example

老年健康服务相关专业是医疗健康服务产业链上人才培养的关键环节,组建老年健康服务专业群能够更好地契合产业的发展,培养更高质量的综合性技术技能人才。本研究基于老年健康服务专业群毕业生的就业情况,综合分析老年健康服务专业群建设的现状,并结合岳阳职业技术学院老年健康服务专业群建设的实践经验,提出“双高计划”建设背景下老年健康服务专业群建设策略和发展路径,以期为相关院校老年健康服务专业群建设提供参考与借鉴。

The related major of elderly health service is the key aspect of talent training in the medical and health service industry chain. The establishment of elderly health service profession group can better fit the development of the industry, and train higher quality comprehensive technical and technical talents. Based on the employment situation of the graduates of the elderly health service profession group in Yueyang Vocational Technical College, this paper comprehensively analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the elderly health service profession group and its practical experience, and also puts forward the construction strategy and development path of the elderly health service profession group under the background of "double-high plan" construction, these suggestions will provide reference for the construction of the elderly health service profession group in other colleges and universities.
