摘要
在非连续随机压电能量采集系统中,为了避免环境能量较低时采集电路仍然工作并消耗能量的问题,本文设计了一种具有电路状态控制的低功耗压电能量采集电路。当压电能量采集器(PZT)产生的电压大于设定门槛电压时,DC-DC开关变换器开始工作并进行阻抗相匹配,实现压电能量采集电路以最大功率输出,当PZT产生的电压小于设定门槛电压时,DC-DC开关变换器停止工作,进入休眠模式,减小电路功耗以提高压电能量采集效率。
In the discontinuous random piezoelectric energy collection system,in order to avoid the problem that the collection circuit still works and consumes energy when the environmental energy is low.In this paper,a low-power piezoelectric energy collection circuit with circuit state control is designed.When the voltage generated by the piezoelectric energy collector(PZT)is greater than the set threshold voltage,the DC-DC switching converter starts to work and perform impedance Matching to achieve the maximum power output of the piezoelectric energy collection circuit,when the voltage generated by the PZT is less than the set threshold voltage,the DC-DC switching converter stops working and enters the sleep mode,reduces the power consumption of the circuit,and increases the piezoelectric energy collection efficiency.
