多孔抗冲刷颗粒混合基质对植物萌发的影响

Effects of Porous Anti-scour Granule Mixed Matrix on Plant Germination

摘要 以狗牙根种子为试材,在多孔抗冲刷颗粒中添加不同含量的种植土、有机肥和生物炭形成混合基质,进行种子发芽试验,研究各因素单一及其共同作用对狗牙根种子萌发及幼苗生长产生的影响,以期为开发新型工程-生态护岸技术提供参考依据。结果表明:种植土、有机肥、生物炭含量变化均对种子萌发存在一定影响,其影响大小依次为种植土、有机肥和生物炭。综合考虑,多孔抗冲刷颗粒∶种植土∶有机肥∶生物炭为1∶0.20∶0.75∶0.10时为最优配混合基质配比,可以作为一种修复消落带生态环境植被的基材使用。 Taking the Cynodon dactylon seed as the research object,different contents of planting soil,organic fertilizer and biochar were added into the porous anti-erosion particles to form the mixed matrix and the germination experiment was carried out.The effects of single factors and their combined effects on Cynodon dactylon seed germination and seedling growth were evaluated,in order to provide reference for developing new engineering-ecological coordinated technology for bank protection.The results showed that the content of planting soil,organic fertilizer and biochar had a certain impact on seed germination,and the influence effects ranked in order of higher to lower were planting soil,organic fertilizer and biochar.After comprehensive estimation of various influencing factors,the optimum mixing ratio of porous anti-erosion particles∶planting soil∶organic fertilizer∶biochar was 1∶0.20∶0.75∶0.10,which could be used as a vegetation substrate for repairing the ecological environment of the water-level fluctuation zone.
