摘要
为提高双转子垂直轴螺旋型水轮机的输出功率,探索不同设计参数对水轮机输出功率的影响规律,本文使用田口法对影响水轮机效率的5个因素(翼型、桨距角、包率、间距比和旋转方向)在4个水平下进行分析。构建五因素四水平正交试验表,并分别对正交试验表中的工况进行数值计算。研究结果表明:优化后的双转子水轮机效率比初始设计水轮机高22.86%。各因素对水轮机效率影响程度按大小排序依次为翼型>桨距角>间距比>包率>旋转方向。5因素效率最佳组合为A4(0024)、B3(3°)、C1(1.00)、D4(--)、E2(1.6)。峡谷效应是提升双转子垂直轴螺旋型水轮机效率的主要原因。双转子螺旋型水轮机对尾涡的流向干扰作用较强,水轮机布置时应该合理利用该特点。研究结果可为垂直轴水轮机的优化设计提供参考。
The influence law of different design parameters on the output power of the turbine is explored in this paper to improve the output power of twin-rotor vertical axis helical turbines.Taguchi method is used to analyze five parameters that affect the efficiency of the twin-rotor helical turbine:airfoil,pitch angle,envelope ratio,spacing ratio,and rotation direction at four levels.A five-factor and four-level orthogonal table is built to calculate the conditions in the orthogonal table numerically.Results show that the optimized efficiency of twin vertical axis helical hydrokinetic turbines is 22.86%higher than that of the initial design turbine.The effect of each parameter on the efficiency of the turbine is in order of profile>pitch angle>spacing ratio>enwinding ratio>rotation direction.The best combination of five parameters is A4(0024),B3(3°),C1(1.00),D4(--),and E2(1.6).The canyon effect is the main reason for improving the efficiency of twin vertical axis helical hydrokinetic turbines.The interference of twin helical hydrokinetic turbines to the flow of the tail vortex is strong;therefore,the arrangement of turbines should utilize this feature reasonably.The results of this study can provide a reference for the optimal design of vertical axis turbines.
