Current situation Problems and Solutions of Existing Building Fire Water Pump House in Jilin Province

本文阐述了既有建筑消防水泵房由于日常维护不到位,造成消防系统存在设备缺失、环境堪忧、业主管理混乱等问题,导致消防水泵房未达到最佳运行状态,甚至少数水泵房无法正常工作。通过实际工程分析消防水泵房设备和管理方面产生问题的原因,有针对性地提出使用新技术、加强制度管理等解决方案,有助于相关专业人员深入认识现状,进而快速、全面推进“智慧消防”建设。

This paper describes the existing building fire water pump house due to the daily maintenance is not in place,resulting in the lack of equipment,environmental worry,owner management chaos and other problems,resulting in fire water pump house did not reach the best running state,and even a few water pump houses can not work normally.By analyzing the causes of problems in the equipment and management of fire water pump house through practical engineering,the solutions such as using new technology and strengthening system management are put forward,which is helpful for relevant professionals to understand the current situation deeply,and then promote the construction of“intelligent fire control”quickly and comprehensively.
