摘要
本文简述无损检测技术,并详细论述实际操作中图像处理技术、磁粉检测技术、探地雷达检测技术、回声波检测法、射线探伤无损检测技术、锚杆无损检测技术、光纤传感检测技术的具体原理;并以浙江省温州市某桥梁工程为例,对无损检测的具体实践过程进行分析。结果显示:无损检测技术对完成桥梁结构质量检测不产生任何负面影响与损伤,肯定了无损检测技术在桥梁检测中应用的价值,应广泛推广;也为无损检测技术的具体应用实践提供有益的经验与参考。
In this paper,the nondestructive testing technology is briefly described,and the specific principles of image processing technology,magnetic particle testing technology,ground penetrating radar testing technology,echo wave testing method,radiographic nondestructive testing technology,bolt nondestructive testing technology,and optical fiber sensing testing technology in practical operation are discussed in detail,and taking a bridge project in Wenzhou City,Zhejiang Province as an example,the specific practice process of nondestructive testing is analyzed.The results show that the completion of bridge quality testing by nondestructive testing technology will not cause damage to the bridge structure.It affirms the value of the application of nondestructive testing technology in bridge testing and should be widely promoted,and it also provides useful experience and reference for the specific application of nondestructive testing technology.
