摘要 在国际建筑节能的趋势下,超低能耗建筑在我国得到了较快的发展。本文以严寒地区农村住宅为研究对象,对严寒地区超低能耗农宅建筑技术进行节能方案设计,探究得出采用高性能围护结构、空气源热泵供热供冷、太阳能光伏发电、高效新风热回收系统等达到超低能耗建筑的适宜方案,旨在通过对长春市农村住宅示范项目的建筑外围护结构设计、可再生能源技术设计的要点进行分析与总结,采用的高性能围护结构、空气源热泵、太阳能光伏、高效新风热回收等技术,实现了超低能耗农宅的建设目标,为今后严寒地区超低能耗农宅项目的设计提供参考与借鉴,推动建筑领域绿色低碳发展。 Under the trend of international building energy conservation,ultra-low energy consumption buildings have been developed rapidly in China.In this paper,rural houses in cold areas are taken as research objects and an energy-saving scheme design of ultra-low energy consumption rural house building technology in severe cold areas is carried out by exploring suitable solutions for ultra-low energy consumption buildings,such as high-performance envelopes,air source heat pump heating and cooling,solar photovoltaic power generation,and high-efficiency fresh air heat recovery systems.It aims to analyzes and summarizes the key points of building envelope design and renewable energy technology design of Changchun Rural Houses Demonstration Project,high-performance enclosures,air-source heat pumps,photovoltaics,and high-efficiency fresh air heat recovery technologies were used to achieve the construction goal of ultra-low energy consumption rural houses,provides reference for the design of ultra-low energy consumption rural housing projects in severe cold areas in the future,and promotes the green and low-carbon development of the construction field.
