钢管束组合结构高层住宅塔吊附着锚固装置施工研究 被引量:1

摘要 塔吊在钢结构高层住宅中起到重要作用,为解决传统塔吊附着形式在钢管束组合结构体系中存在的局限性和风险性,本文以河南省漯河市鹏宇秦相府项目为载体,设计研发新型塔吊附着锚固装置。通过设置定型钢立柱,底部斜支撑与楼板进行栓接固定,顶部与上层楼板固定,实现将附着荷载通过钢柱传递至楼板+钢梁+钢管束墙体达到整体受力的一种可周转附着装置,解决了因附着问题带来的塔吊受限、竖向附着楼层受限、钢结构受力变形及开洞后期封堵渗漏风险等问题,进而提升塔吊附着安全性,加快施工进度。 Tower crane plays an important role in steel structure high-rise residential buildings,in order to solve the limitations and risks of the traditional tower crane attachment form in the steel tube bundle composite structure system,this paper designs and develops a new tower crane attachment anchorage device with the Pengyu Qinxiangfu project in Luohe City,Henan Province as the carrier.By setting shaped steel columns,the bottom inclined support is bolted to the floor,and the top is fixed to the upper floor,it is a turnover attachment device that can transfer the attachment load to the floor+steel beam+steel tube bundle wall through the steel column to realize the overall stress,and solve the problems of tower crane restriction,vertical attachment floor restriction,steel structure stress deformation and sealing leakage risk at the later stage of opening due to attachment problems,so as to improve the attachment safety of tower crane and speed up the construction progress.
