摘要
高速公路的改建工程施工会遇到诸多难点,要根据不同的地质情况选择合理的施工方案。本文结合济南至菏泽段高速公路改造扩建工程,在对旧路基现状和病害进行评价的基础上,阐述了新旧路基连接加固增压补强处理、液压冲击补强及羊足碾补强的技术措施,通过沉降差异观测,验证新旧路基拼接的施工效果。结果表明对旧路基台阶按要求进行高速液压夯实后效果较好,旧路基台阶压实度至少提高4%。土工格室的加筋作用有助于防止新旧路基的剪切滑动,增强新旧路基结合部的承载能力,起到分散荷载作用,减小新旧路基的不均匀沉降,保障了公路工程的质量,促进公路事业的可持续发展。
The reconstruction of highway construction will encounter many difficulties,according to different geological conditions to choose a reasonable construction plan.Combined with the reconstruction and expansion project of the expressway from Jinan to Heze,based on the evaluation of the current situation and disease of the old roadbed,this paper expounds the technical measures of supercharging reinforcement treatment,hydraulic impact reinforcement and sheep foot grinding reinforcement for the connection reinforcement of the old and new roadbed,and verifies the construction effect of the splicing of the new and old roadbed by observing the difference of settlement.The results show that the effect of high-speed hydraulic compaction on the old roadbed steps is better,and the compaction degree of the old roadbed steps is increased by at least 4%.The reinforcing effect of geocles is helpful to prevent shear sliding of new and old roadbed,enhance the bearing capacity of the joint of new and old roadbed,play a role of dispersing load,and reduce the uneven settlement of new and old roadbed,ensure the quality of highway engineering,and promote the sustainable development of highway industry.
