十月革命后列宁提升俄共(布)党员质量思想探析

An Analysis of Lenin’s Thought on Improving the Quality of Russian Communist Party(Bolshevik)Members after the October Revolution

十月革命胜利之后,俄共(布)成为执政党。面对执政风险,列宁以党的组织建设为着力点,采取四大措施提升党员队伍质量。严把入口:入党申请人必须经受三重考验,即艰苦环境锻炼、介绍人严格审查、预备期考察。淬炼品质:通过党校、报刊、党日等途径,加强党员思想政治教育,提升理论水平和道德修养。增强本领:通过规范化培训和向资产阶级专家学习业务知识,提升党员管理水平和业务水平。自我净化:通过党员重新登记、动员党员到战争前线和参加星期六义务劳动等方式,及时发现不称职党员,并把他们开除党籍。

After the victory of the October Revolution,the Russian Communist Party(Bolshevik)became the ruling party.Facing the ruling risk,Lenin took the organizational construction of the party as the focus and took four measures to improve the quality of the party members.Strictly controlled the entrance:the applicants for joining the party must undergo three tests,namely,hard environment training,strict review of introducers,and investigation in the preparatory period.Refined the quality:strengthened the ideological and political education of the party members and improved their theoretical level and moral cultivation through the party schools,newspapers,and the party days.Enhanced ability:improved the management level and professional level of party members through standardized training and learning professional knowledge from bourgeois experts.Self-purification:through re-registration of the party members,mobilization of the party members to the front of the war and Saturday voluntary labor,unqualified party members are found in time and expelled from the party.
