产业结构升级、劳动力转移与共同富裕——基于我国30个省份面板数据分析

Industrial Structure Upgrading,Labor Transfer and Common Wealth——Analysis Based on Panel Data of 30 Provinces in China

共同富裕是中国特色社会主义的根本原则。在构建共同富裕指数的基础上,基于2008—2019年30个省份的年度数据,实证检验了产业结构升级对共同富裕的影响机制。研究发现,产业结构升级对共同富裕具有明显的促进作用,并具有显著的空间溢出效应,产业结构升级通过推动劳动力转移促进共同富裕,上述结论经相关稳健性检验后仍然成立。进一步研究表明,不同的产业结构升级水平对共同富裕的影响程度不同,其促进效应呈现“倒U型”变化;东中西部地区产业结构升级对共同富裕的促进作用具有明显异质性,东部地区最明显,中部次之,西部促进效果不显著。基于研究结论,针对性提出建议,以期通过加快产业结构升级和促进劳动力转移推动共同富裕建设。

Common prosperity is the fundamental principle of socialism with Chinese characteristics.On the basis of constructing the common Prosperity index,based on the annual data of 30 provinces from 2008 to 2019,the influence mechanism of industrial structure upgrading on common prosperity is empirically tested.It is found that the upgrading of industrial structure has a significant role in promoting common prosperity,and has a significant spatial spillover effect.The upgrading of industrial structure promotes common prosperity by promoting the transfer of labor force.The above conclusion still holds after the relevant robustness test.Further research shows that different levels of industrial structure upgrading have different degrees of influence on common prosperity,and its promoting effect shows an“inverted U-shaped”change.The promotion effect of industrial structure upgrading on common prosperity in eastern,central and western regions has obvious heterogeneity.The eastern region is the most obvious,followed by the central region,and the western region has no significant promotion effect.Based on the research conclusion,this paper puts forward some suggestions in order to accelerate the upgrading of industrial structure and promote the transfer of labor force to promote the construction of common prosperity.
